BIOLOGY (HONORS)

PREREQUISITES: Teacher recommendation

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course includes the study of plants and animals, excluding humans, and calls for a significant amount of abstract and critical thinking, and independent work. It is a lab-oriented class that will explore the unity, diversity, and changes over time of the plant and animal kingdoms through an examination of the anatomy, physiology, and ecological significance of representative organisms.
