

This committee runs
our Renaissance Program, the academic awards and recognition system
that rewards nearly 800 Tremper students annually. They also
organize an Academic Pep Rally prior to standardized testing and run
the snack program used during testing. This committee makes sure a
student participates on every staff interview and runs the
peer-tutoring program through National Honor Society.
Additionally, this committee held a highly successful craft fair in
October.
Vice President of Academic Affairs:
Sean McMaster
This person leads the Academic
Affairs Committee. The primary role of this position is to
determine necessary improvements and maintenance of our academic
program. The scope of responsibilities includes input to teaching
and instruction strategies, student support programs, scheduling of
classes, and coordinating a peer tutoring program. The student body
looks to the Vice President of Academic Affairs as one who
accurately negotiates for improved student achievement.
