Today is a “B” Day

 From Mr. Cicerale
All scenes in the spring play will be rehearsing in the auditorium at 12:00 noon.  Crew members and MC’s are expected to attend.

Attention seniors
Please return your senior surveys to Mrs. Padlock in room 204 or Mrs. Kopesky in 109.  Surveys must be returned by May 13 for senior banquet.

Senior Banquet tickets are being sold today in Mrs. Padlocks classroom 204.   Tickets are $20.00.  You must return your survey at ticket purchase.  The last day for sales is Monday lunchtimes or after school in Mrs. Padlocks classroom.  This year we’re trying something new.  The Milwaukee Comedy Sportz will be joining us after a delicious dinner.  We will then have Mock awards, a senior slide show and music.  Don’t miss it.

Football News
Any Sophomore or Junior interested in going out for Varsity Football next year should report to a meeting on Monday, May 12th @3:05 pm in Room 154 (Coach Brown’s Room). If you have any questions, please see Coach Matrise in Room 109.

Any Freshman interested in going out for Sophomore Football next year should report to a meeting on Tuesday, May 13th @3:05 pm in Room 154 (Coach Brown’s Room).

Attention seniors
If you have not picked up your graduation items, they are available in the Career Center only before and after school.  No items will be distributed during advisory or class periods.  The Tremper medallions that you ordered with your cap and gown units will be distributed at the practice along with National Honor Society stoles and government cords.

Attention seniors
All books checked out to you from now on will be due on May 16th.  Please return all books that are lurking in your lockers, under your beds and in your cars.  Remember, if you owe any fines you will receive a bill instead of your diploma on June 1st.  Check with the library staff to make sure that your library record is clear.

Rock/Fashion show
Don’t forget the 2nd annual rock/fashion show this Saturday night at 7:00 pm in the Tremper auditorium.  The entrance fee is $5.00 and all proceeds will be donated to the Nature Conservancy to save the rain forests.  Come out, have fun and help us save the planet.

DON’T FORGET- Dress Rehearsal is tonight at 6:00pm in the auditorium.  Rehearsal is mandatory.

Girls Tennis
On Monday, May 12th, at 5:45 in the Tremper Gym, there will be a girl’s tennis meeting for all interested 8-11th grade girls and their parents.  This will be for all interested in playing tennis at Tremper this fall.  Parents are strongly encouraged to attend to fill out all necessary forms and pay athletic fees.  Following the meeting, there will be a fall sports meeting in the auditorium at 6:30.

Trip to France
During the spring break of 2009, we’ll explore the castles of the Loire Valley, see first hand the D-Day beaches of Normandy, climb the Roman ruins in the south and ride the fastest train in the world.  There will be an information meeting about the trip on Monday May 12th at 6:00 pm in room 212.  Come with your parents if interested.  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. DeLaat.

FBLA
Our last meeting is at 6:00 pm on Monday in room 130.  There will not be an alternate meeting on Tuesday morning.  See you there.

Dodge ball
The game is tomorrow night at 5:00pm.  Teams are to be in the new gym by 4:45.  Shirts will be with your team captain.

Small Business Ownership is having a donut sale during Block 2 on Tuesday May 13.  Please stop by to purchase a donut for $1.00 and milk for 25 cents.  Teachers should contact Ms. Tamsen in 171 or email if you wish to stop in.
