One week to go. Seven days from today Tremper’s Annual Blood Drive will attempt to break the state record of most blood units collected in a 12 hour event. Those of you who will be donating need to be sure of you appointment time and be ready to donate. Be sure to get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water and eat plenty of foods such as beans, broccoli, fruits, meats, bananas, greens, and raisins. And our blood fact for today - A single car accident victim can require as many as 100 pints of blood. It would take 100 donors in order to fulfill the need for one victim such as this.
