Softball
Al girls going out for softball are reminded that softball starts Monday March 22. All paperwork must be turned into Ms. Sorensen in the athletic office before March 22. Any questions should be addressed to Coach Townsend or Coach Schenk in room 109.
Job Fair tip #7
If the application asks what position you are applying for and you are unsure, you may want to put a general answer such as; I am seeking an entry level position working with people. I am seeking a position in retail sales, or I am seeking a position stocking merchandise.

KUSD Theatre proudly presents "The Crucible" by Arthur Miller in the Tremper auditorium on March, 18, and 19 at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday March 21st at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $8.00 for students and seniors and $10.00 for adults.
Auditions for the KUSD Theatre Arts Program will take place at Tremper on Saturday March 20 from 9:00 until 2:00 and on Monday March 22 from 4:15 until 6:00. Sign up for an audition time outside of the Studio Theatre. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Cicerale in the Studio Theatre.

Spring Break College Tour
Don’t forget the Community Appreciation Reception on March 20th in honor of those supporting the Annual Spring Break College Tour. Prior to the reception, students can attend a pre-college/career workshop. Registration begins at 8; 30am. The workshop runs from 9:00-11:00. The fee is $5.00 or a $4.00 donation with a canned good. It is held at Gateway Technical College. Students are asked to check the website www.beyondcollege.net for updates about the tour.
Six Flags employment opportunity
A representative from Six Flags Great America will be here today during lunch. If you are interested in a job at Six Flags please stop at the table.
Attention seniors
Distribution of caps, gowns and graduation items will take place on Thursday March 18th during the lunch periods in the auditorium hallway. Remember to bring your receipt card if you have it and if you still have a balance remaining, it must be paid for in cash, credit card or money order only. No checks will be accepted. Mrs. Jensen can answer any of your questions.
Girls Soccer
Tryouts will be held on Monday March 22 from 6:30-9:00pm. Please meet in the commons. You cannot tryout if you do not have your paperwork turned in to the athletic office.
SEGA Bake sale
SEGA is having a bake sale today. Get your delicious treats during lunch in the cafeteria while supplies last.

Mary Lou Mahone Scholarship
Students who intend on applying for the Mary Lou Mahone Youth Scholars awards are reminded that the deadline is this Friday, March 19th. Applications must be turned in to Mr. Paulauskas in the Guidance office.

What brings good luck on Saint Patrick’s Day is finding a 4-leaf clover. Believe it or not, the color of St Patrick was not actually green, but blue. In the 19th century, however, green came to be used as a symbol for Ireland.
