Anatomy and Physiology Dissection
Recently, Ms. Taylor's Honors Anatomy and Physiology Class dissected chicken thigh quarters. Following the dissection, student groups constructed and presented a model of a shoulder, elbow, hip or knee joint. The joint model included the bones, 4 ligaments and 3 muscles with the correct origin, insertion and action for each muscle.
